Scott is a Strategic Intervention Transformation Coach with an extensive background in mindfulness, stress reduction, trauma/anxiety processing, and relationship transformation. Although he is trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy, Scott is a much more proactive Coach that brings many more modalities to his clients (such as body based processing) that are not traditional counseling methods. He frequently shows clients how to shift the way they are holding reality through a multitude of ways of practicing presence, processing past traumas and anxiety and generally learning how to maintain or down regulate to a homeostasis state of flow, a place where it takes minimal effort for us to be us.
Although he is licensed as a professional counselor in the state of Texas, after an initial session most clients contract a coaching agreement where Scott brings a plethora of other modalities for the benefit of the client. Every client is different in the language and the way they hold the world. This can and frequently is a dance of rapid mental emotional healing and powerful growth in creating the life of your dreams.
He has training and/or certifications in:
MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
EMDR – Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing
