Stress Reduction Program, (MBSR) Mindfulness based stress reduction program. An 8 week group (in person or online) experiential learning. This program has been really the clinical gold standard for medical and science based meditation and the practicing of presence.


SRI or Somato Respiratory Integration is a series of breath body connection exercises that allow us to connect with the body. SRI was created by Dr. Donald Epstein as a series of 12 exercises based off of watching people naturally begin these exercises as they progressed in healing over 20 years of practicing network chiropractic. He took these exercises and reproduced them in his book titled “The 12 Stages of Healing”.


EFT is a combination of exposure therapy, cognitive set ups, combined with acupressure and other physical stimulation in a way that identifies and reduces body intensity. The result is an effective treatment that offers immediate relief to triggers of anxiety, stress, and phobias.


Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches.


In the 1970s at the University of Chicago a group of psychotherapists began recording sessions in an attempt to discover what made therapy work. What they discovered was that individuals who came to therapy who had a particular quality were then very predictive of being successful in their goals of therapy. That quality was an ability to work with a FELT SENSE of how they were holding their lives and their struggles. Dr. Gendin utilized this information to create a method to TEACH people how to develop this quality called Focusing. Focusing is Mindful Inquiry on Steroids and an ongoing practice of this technique/exercise can very quickly identify and shift the way you are HOLDING YOU.

Strategic Intervention (SI) is a style of Life Coaching developed by Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha and Magali Peysha using the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication creating personal transformation from disciplines such as: Ericksonian Therapy; Strategic Family Therapy; Human Needs Psychology; Neurolinguistics and many others. The development of Strategic Intervention Coaching has also been powerfully influenced by the insights and works of Victor Frankl and Milton Erickson. What sets SI apart from other styles is the belief that certain holistic solutions “snap into place” when more people’s needs are met, expressed, and elevated. These solutions actually deliver more benefit for less effort.
